Description of the problem	After the first incident with sudden down shifting of my transmission, i took my truck in to my local ford dealership. I was informed that a new programming fix was available for the active recall. The "fix" was completed, and now about 3 weeks later the truck continues to downshift suddenly. Not only sudden downshifting, but during acceleration the transmission seems to struggle shifting out of first gear. My truck only has about 57k miles.
