Description of the problem	When pulling off of a residential street onto a city street the evening of oct 1, 2019 (speed limit 45 mph) my truck got stuck in 1st gear. With traffic around me, i attempted to shift into 3rd 2nd and 1st, but no change. I went back to drive and still no change. Then a wrench showed up next to the odometer and the odometer went to - - - - - and speedometer went to 0, rpm still worked. I pulled off the road and turned off truck and restarted and all was fine. This happened to me a couple of days before, but when i shifted to 3rd, it started working again. I had the transmission related reprogram recall completed on 23 sept. Both shifting events occurred after the reprogram. This could be a serious safety concern if it happens at a busy time. Fortunately traffic was light when it happened to me both times. There doesn't seem to be a mechanical problem because turning the engine off and immediately turning on corrected the problem both times. It could be coincidental that this is happening after the reprogram, but i wanted to report because of the number of other people experiencing the same problems. It seems very similar to the descriptions from some people regarding the lead frame issue reported on the 2012 model.
