Description of the problem	Noticeable increase in shifting times and in some cases slipping/missing gears. This occurs on highway driving and regular driving and most noticeable when attempting to pass a vehicle, increase in speed when entering the highway, or when climbing a hill and the vehicle downshifts. Decrease of power is noticed when starting at a stopped position and a hesitation. Vehicle was taken to a ford dealership for manufacturer recall 19s07 (https://www. Nhtsa. Gov/recalls? Vin=1ftfw1et6dkf[xxx]#vin) and i was told that they received notice not to reprogram 2013 f150's with a 3. 5l engine and that new programming had to be developed for these vehicles. I also received a notice in the mail about an additional recall for my vehicle (not listed in nhtsa) where a speed sensor failure may occur which require replacement of the transmission (see attached). When i've described the problems i've been experiencing with my vehicle to the ford dealership, i was told they were not symptoms of either of the recalls and would not qualify for repair under the recalls.
