| Description of the problem | May 2019 received an additional notice from ford motor co. Customer satisfaction program notice #19n01, received saferty recall nhtsa 19v-075/srn 19s07. Seems to me that once ford motor co decides to affect the safety recall, they should also check out this new problem as well while the vehicle is at the dealership. Ford knows this is going to be an issue, so instead of offering to extend warranty to 150,000 miles or until nov 30, 2019. They should automatically inform dealerships to inspect and perform corrective measures to maintain their "quality one" matrix as they profess. |
