| Description of the problem | My ford dealer updated the power train: automatic transmission control module as per safety recall (nhtsa #19v075000). My transmission still is shifting erratically, especially hard shifting from 5th to 4th. Dealer told me that the software update for this recall did not work as expected for the 2013 model f-150 and ford has not issued an new software update to resolve. |
