Description of the problem	I recieved a recall letter for recall number 19s07 from ford in march 2019. I have since contacted ford numerous times to fix this very dangerous condition. They have continued to say they can not help me. At least once a week my truck will down shift into first gear without warning. I have almost caused an accident when this occurs at highway speed.
