Description of the problem	Transmission recall for model year 2011-2013 ford f-150. The transmission in my 2013 f150 would down shift unexpectedly almost stopping abruptly. It happened twice but afterwards, on numerous occasions it would up shift without warning leaving the vehicle unable to accelerate basically stalled in the street. Twice it happened while driving on the highway at speeds above 45 mph, leaving me only able to coast onto the shoulder. The vehicle was diagnosed at waldorf ford and i was told that it needed a new speed sensor located on the lead frame of the trans. I had the work completed but later realized that there's a recall on the vehicle for the same problem. I was told that my truck was not included but was not informed why. It's with in the model year range, diagnosed by ford with exact same problem and symptoms but for whatever reason not included. I've contacted ford on a number of occasions. If you could assist in resolving this issue it would be greatly appreciated.
