| Description of the problem | One of the current recall issues. At any speed transmission shifts from whatever gear it's in to 1st gear. Happened to me at 70mph. Ford is aware issue. Will not have a fix for 2 to 3 months. They still recommend driving vehicle even though at any time this could happen. They offer no rental or loaner support. If you keep driving vehicle this way it will also ruin transmission but they will not fix it. |
