Description of the problem	We found out recall after accident last year - when turning - automatic transmission downshifted locked, vehicle skid and caused accident. Was declared a total loss by insurance, we told them was not our fault. We had to pay deductible and out of pocke to try to replace vehicle. Now same vehicle is also under same recall.
