| Description of the problem | Vehicle is down shifting to gears while the car is in motion, causing the vehicle to come to a abrupt stop. I was going 55 mph and the vehicle down shifted without notice, causing the vehicle to swerve into on coming traffic. This has happen several times, i do not feel safe operating the vehicle. Took it to the dealership and was told that there was nothing that they could do to fix the issue, due to the engineers had not came up with a solution. I was given an estimation date of june of when ford would have a system upgrade. Meanwhile, i stuck with a truck payment for a vehicle i cannot safely drive. |
