Description of the problem	I just got a recall notice on my 2013 f-150 fx4 on the transmission abruptly downshifting hard. Which mine is doing, and i called my local ford dealership and i was told, that i can't come in until the second quarter, after march. What? Are you serious! People have been injured because of this issue. My truck is starting to hard shift bad... Before it was minor and now its frequent and worse!!! This needs to be taken care of asap!
