| Description of the problem | We took our ford f150 in for erratic downshifting, were able to provide photographic evidence of the problem, but because no error codes are popping up and they can't replicate the problem they are returning out vehicle to us. My issue is ford knows this is an issue and knows the fix is to update the software then look for error codes, but they are acting as they have no idea this is a known problem amongst the 2011-2013 models and they are sending the unfixed car back home to be a safety hazard not only to my family but the families on the road around us. |
