| Description of the problem | I was driving my f150 when i come to a stop light. Once the light turned green i accelerated and got to speed (55mph) when the truck suddenly downshifts to 1st. I pulled over put in park and turned off. Started again and worked fine. Later that day the truck did it again. This time i was on the highway at 60mph when it shifted down to 1st. Pulled over and went to take off and it started in second then jumped to 5th and wouldn't shift. I couldn't take off in 5th so i put in park turned off and waited 10mins before starting again. It worked fine after. This is very scary. |
