| Description of the problem | Transmission shifts erratically. Sometimes it does not shift down from 5th gear and bogs down from a standing start (onviously) and i have to stop and put in park to shift again and sometimes that does not work. On a couple of occasions it shifted down to first on it's own and it felt like someone rear ended the vehicle the jolt was so hard. Service dept says they cannot do anything because it is not recalled and they cannot duplicate it (dangerously happens at random!). I do not want to drive my family in this dangerous truck! |
