| Description of the problem | Tl* the contact owns a 2013 ford f-150. While driving various speeds under 60 mph, the vehicle inadvertently downshifted. The contact stated that the accelerator pedal was depressed, but the vehicle failed to accelerate. The contact was able to coast the vehicle to the side of the road, turn off the vehicle, and upon restarting it several minutes later, the vehicle operated correctly. The contact stated that the failure occurred on numerous occasions. The vehicle was taken to (walker ford 102 orchard park rd, hurricane, wv 25526, (304) 397-5101) where diagnostic testing was performed, but no failure codes were found.
