Description of the problem	Taking off from a start, vehicle acted like transmission was slipping, then slammed between 5th gear and 2nd gear repeatedly, and entered limp home mode. Separate instance: when passing another vehicle on two-lane road, full throttle, vehicle slammed into 2nd gear and entered limp home mode while i was in oncoming traffic, forcing me to abort the pass. Both times, in order to resolve the problem, i had to pull over, stop the vehicle, turn ignition off, and re-start the vehicle.
