| Description of the problem | I was driving on the freeway between the speeds of 60 and 65mph and my 2013 f150 with a 6r80 transmission suddenly downshifted into what i believe was 1st gear. I came very close to crashing and completely losing control because the rear wheels breifly skidded on the freeway surface and because of the quick reduction of speed. It was violent because i wasnt expecting it. I am going to slowly limp it to a ford dealer in mesa arizona tomorrow morning. They should not charge me for this componant flaw. I do not feel safe driving my truck. |
