Description of the problem	While driving and accellerating in a normal manner the vehicle will upshift properly until it reaches 4th gear and will not shift any further, even at freeway speeds of 65 to 70 mph for several miles no matter what i attempt to do. Sometimes it will make it to 5th gear and remain there even though i'm not loaded down or pulling anything.
