Description of the problem	"fuel fill inlet" my truck recently displayed a warning that says "check fuel fill inlet". I've searched the internet and many ford owners have experience this issue across several models. I've checked the inlet and it is closed as it should be, i've cleaned the area in and around where the fuel nozel goes and there is no debris. This warning causes the "check engine" light to come on and thus generates an "evaporative emissions" code. The " check fuel fill inlet" warning intermittently doesn't come on and thus the check engine light goes off and i'm able to use my remote start. When it comes on i am not able t remote start my vehicle. My vehicle was stationary, parked in front of my house. I got in to start it and the light just came on. It is not an issue that ford is unaware of and ford owners have had this issue for nearly 10 years.
