Description of the problem	Electronics in the throttle body cause a computer fault while driving, which results in the engine (3. 5 l twin turbo v-6) instantly going into limp mode, where the engine produces no power. This sudden loss of power is extremely dangerous. It happens with no warning. It can happen while attempting to accelerate through an intersection with oncoming traffic. It can happen at freeway speeds where the sudden deceleration can cause a collision, and where there is no place to pull over safely. This fault is very common in ford f-150's and ford automobiles. It has been a problem ignored by ford and the nhtsa for years! It should be the object of a recall! I replaced the throttle body on my f-150 at 75,000 miles. Now, 25,000 miles later it needs to be replaced again! This is ridiculous, as well as expensive! Please, make ford stand behind their dangerously flawed product!
