Description of the problem	Throttle body failed 12/4/17 leading to engine power loss at highway speed. Engine light and wrench warning display appeared. Could not accelerate. Was able to coast to shoulder safely. Restarting the vehicle, it immediately went to limp mode. Vehicle was towed to dealership (apple ford, shakopee mn). Tb was replaced by dealership service center. On 1/22/2020, the vehicle again lost power on highway and warning lights came on. Again, was able to coast to shoulder and exit the freeway in limp mode and get to nearby dealership (wold motors, jordan mn). Determined that the throttle body again failed, was replaced. Two failures with the same part in such a short period of time indicates a clear defect. Vehicle losing power due to this equipment failure to a very unsafe situation and could cause an accident and risk.
