Description of the problem	On three occasion over the past 12 months while driving our vehicle had a complete loss of throttle response. Causing the vehicle to slow while in traffic causing vehicles behind to swerve to avoid a collision. Coasting to the side of the road a blu wrench icon was lit up on the dashboard. The vehicles ignition was turned off then the motor was restarted with no difficulty. The wrench icon went off and vehicle ran appropriately.
