Description of the problem	When the air conditioner is on low and recirculate, there is a strong chemical smell like paint thinner or adhesive coming out of the panel vents. Prolonged exposure causes headaches and dizziness. This occurs at almost any speed and weather condition hot enough to require air conditioning. Has been to dealer 3 times. They can duplicate the problem but cannot fix it.
