Description of the problem	Vehicle went in for service, issue with engine stutter, dealership did pcm re-flash and updated computer program for vehicle. When i went to pick up noticed a/c fan running at high speed and not cycling off. Dealership kept for two more days only to tell me it new procedure in programming. When ambient temp outside is about 93 or above, a/c fan kicks into high speed and stays on because of high head pressure on the a/c compressor. The problem is that it sometimes never goes off while you are driving. It's loud and presents a hazard because of the noise and the potential fire hazard it presents by overheating the fan motor. Ford tells me they put out a bulletin on the matter that basically says this is the new normal. I told them it's a hazard and an unacceptable fix. Please help me to resolve this issue with ford to fix the matter rather to put a band-aid on it!
