Description of the problem	Tl* the contact owns a 2013 ford f-150. The contact stated while driving at 60 mph, the gear down shifted from sixth gear down to third, back up a few gears then back down, without warning and caused consumer to lose control temporarily. The failure occurred on two occasions. The vehicle was taken to the dealer llc chapman ford located at llc 3951 columbia ave, columbia, pa 17512 where it was diagnosed that the wire harness melted which needed replacement along with the pcm. In addition, the dealer informed that there might be a possibility that the transmission would have been damaged as well but wont be determined until further use of the vehicle.
