| Description of the problem | Thursday morning 12-6-18 it was about 0 degrees fahrenheit i started my truck and turned on the rear window / mirror defroster. I was about 2 miles from the house when i heard a bang coming from my back seat area on the drivers side it was loud enough that it made me jump. At the time i could not figure out what it was but my rear defroster would no longer work. I messed around with it a few times but it would not light the dash light. Later on as the sun was shining just right i noticed the drivers side of my back window was shattered. At that point it all became clear to me what the noise was and where it had come from. F150 back glass shattered with rear defroster on. |
