Description of the problem	The transmission will down shift into a 1st or 2nd gear unexpectedly. This has happened several times while moving at 40 to 50 mph. Also the transmission will up shift and downshift randomly causing the vehicle difficult to control. When this happens the speedometer will jump around and sometimes completely shut off. When the truck is turned of then turned on again the gauges will work again.
