| Description of the problem | 2012 f150 ecoboost rear power window shattered spontaneously after turning on defrost. Vehicle was stationary at the time and has 38,000 miles on it. Ford motor company has refused any compensation for this known problem documented by multiple other ford f150 owners. My local dealership documented and photographed the shattered window. I will be out of pocket $1000 to repair this. Time for ford motor co to admit a problem here and issue a recall. |
