| Description of the problem | I was driving along with no one very close to me and i heard a loud boom and then some air whistling. My sunroof shattered. When i pulled over and checked, it had an upward bubble in the middle. Nothing hit the truck and i had been driving for at least 30 minutes when it happened. Then the glass started to make pellets and fly off. We took it to ford and it was not covered under the existing warranty (certified pre-owned vehicle). Has this happened to others? Is this a defect? Thank you. |
