| Description of the problem | The right back corner cab window has shattered/spidered with no reasonable cause or impact. The vehicle was stationary when it occurred and there is a topper on the truck so impact from the exterior or interior did not happen. I discovered that there have been multiple reports of this and when i talked to the ford dealership they were fully aware of this type of issue but there is no recall. I am thankful the vehicle was stationary and my child was not in the seat for the glass to potentially break on them. This is a huge safety concern and should not be happening. It is dangerous and costly. |
