| Description of the problem | Just had my 2012 f150 fx4 super crew appearance package rear window shatter. Last night my truck is sitting all by its self on a flat surface i hit the automatic start as i'm walking out to my truck it's about 22 deg f out i hear this loud pop didn't know what it was then in the morning i noticed my right rear window was shattered. Hopefully ford will cover this if not there's a chance my aftermarket warranty will or i will file a collision claim through my insurance. The seames to be an ongoing problem with these trucks and ford should take the responsibility to correct it. I love my f150 have had it since brand new it's been great up until now besides the radio modular need replaced when it was just over a year old. Warranty took care of that no problem. |
