| Description of the problem | Less than a year ago, my passenger side windshield trim started making a flapping side. Eventually it came off and i had to take it to the dealer and was charged over $200 to have it repaired. Less than 1 month ago, the right side (driver) windshield trim started making the same noise. My vehicle has not had a new windshield in it so apparently the trim is defective. My vehicle has less than 70,000 miles on it. Unfortunately, my dealer's extended warranty package does not cover this problem. Even then, it would cost me $250. 00 for the deductible. This problem started occurring when i reached driving speeds of 50+mph. |
