| Description of the problem | We went to my brothers for dinner. When we backed into his driveway the truck made a horrible noise. When we got home, we could barely back into our driveway, in fact we were half the flowerbed and half on the driveway. The next morning we tried to move the truck over so we could get our other car out of the garage, and the truck was barely drivable. We had to have it towed to a ford dealership where we bought it the next day.
