| Description of the problem | Tl* the contact owns a 2012 ford f-150. While driving 35 mph, the front passenger side steering arm separated from the steering box. The front driver's side tire was still in tact; however, the front passenger side tire lost direction due to the detached part. The contact stated that the vehicle swayed from left to right uncontrollably on the roadway. The vehicle was pulled over to the side of the road and then towed to hondru ford of manheim (300 s main st, manheim, pa 17545, (717) 665-3551). The dealer stated that since the mileage exceeded 160,000, they would not diagnose the vehicle nor contact the manufacturer. The vehicle was towed to a repair facility to be inspected and diagnosed.
