Description of the problem	Tl* the contact owns a 2012 ford f-150. The contact took the vehicle to wynn odom ford (4743 washington st, la grange, nc 28551, (888) 452-6761) to be repaired per nhtsa campaign number: 19v075000 (power train). The service manager informed the contact that there were more advanced failures than the recall repair and advised him to call the manufacturer to get further authorization to repair the vehicle. When the contact called the manufacturer on march 25, 2019, he was informed that the recall repair had been completed and they could not assist. The contact was promised to speak with a service manager who said that the recall only authorized the reprogramming and further authorization and a case number were needed to get the repairs completely done. When the vehicle accelerated to shift into a higher gear, it shifted into neutral instead and slowed down to a lower speed. The contact was not assisted or assigned a case number. The vehicle was repaired. The contact was denied being able to speak to a supervisor. The failure mileage was 99,500..bf consumer received second recall was issued.
