Description of the problem	Tl* the contact owns a 2012 ford f-150. While driving various speeds, the vehicle would exhibit hard and sporadic gear shifting. While driving approximately 50 mph, the transmission independently shifted from sixth to second gear, causing the vehicle to abruptly decelerate.
