Description of the problem	Over the last few weeks while driving at various speeds my truck would shift erratically( go from 1st to 5th, 6th to 3rd etc.). When it down shifts at speeds of 55 and above, the back tires lock up, the speedometer zeros out and the rpm gauge moves sporadically. After a little research i found there was a recall on this issue, (power train #16s19) but after speaking with ford my vin was not covered on the recall.
