| Description of the problem | Tl* the contact owns a 2012 ford f-150. While driving approximately 80 mph, the vehicle downshifted on its own and lost acceleration. There were no warning indicators illuminated, but the transmission temperature gauge increased. The contact pulled over to the side of the road, turned off, and restarted the vehicle normally. The vehicle was taken to the dealer (mike brown auto group, 4950 east highway 377, grandbury, texas 76049), but was not diagnosed or repaired.
