Description of the problem	When travel 70 mph on interstate truck shifted to 1rst gear. Pulled over with no accident. Turned cruise control off. Safely merge into traffic, started to accelerate and problem occurred again. Next stop was rest area. Turn vehicle off and restarted with no problem. Conducted test drive around rest area, once car got to aprox 15 miles shifted to 1rst gear and check engine wrench became lite. Contacted ford roadside service and truck towed to nearest ford dealer. Check viin for recalls. "my viin does not fall into recall" per ford. Located recall 16s19 which describes the exact problem but my viin does not fall? Dealer states repair cost but their are no parts available to fix. P/n al32 7g276 d no assets available with no eta for delivery. Submitted cas13486115 awaiting resolution. 62k miles outside power train. Routine maintenance conducted in sept 17 10 point inspection conduct. After discussions with service provider no preventive maintenance can done to prevent a future failure.
