Description of the problem	Tl* the contact owns a 2012 ford f-150. While driving 70 mph, the gear automatically shifted into first gear. Also, the wrench warning icon illuminated and the vehicle automatically went into limp mode. The contact pulled the vehicle over to the side of the road. When the contact turned off and restarted the vehicle, it performed normally. The vehicle was taken to the dealer (towne ford, 1601 el camino real, redwood city, ca 94063) where it was diagnosed that the software needed to be reprogrammed. The vehicle was repaired, but the failure recurred several other times after the repair.
