| Description of the problem | Dealer installed ecu update without my knowledge or authorization which changed how the vehicle accelerates, decelerates, shift points and engine stumbles continuously. Dealer does not have the ability to undo the update. Opened a case with ford motor company, they basically blame the dealer for not informing the customer (myself) prior to installing the update and informed me they currently do not have a program to undo an update or install a previous update to return the vehicle back to factory specifications. |
