| Description of the problem | Upon entering the entrance ramp to a highway the engine experienced a complete loss of power around 35 mph. All attempts to increase acceleration were futile and the engine went into "limp mode" and would not respond to any input. After 30 seconds of unsuccessfully attempting to accelerate i turned on my hazard signal and began to move toward the shoulder to avoid causing a dangerous situation. The vehicle then suddenly began to respond and accelerated normally back onto the highway. |
