| Description of the problem | Tl* the contact owns a 2012 ford f-150. The contact stated that while driving 65 mph and attempting to switch lanes, the vehicle began to lose power and engaged into limp mode. The contact pulled the vehicle over, shut off the engine and once restarted, it functioned properly. The vehicle was taken to the dealer for inspection where they stated that the computer needed to be reprogrammed. The vehicle was repaired but the failure recurred. The manufacturer was not notified of the failure. The failure mileage was 7,000. |
