Description of the problem	I have an 2012 f-150 with the ecoboost engine and about two weeks after i bought it my wife and i were going to try and merge into interstate traffic, when i went accelerate to traffic speed the engine just fell on it's face , i let off and tried it again with the same result. I was lucky that the other drivers had sense enough to move to the next lane or we could have been in trouble. I called the ford dealer and told them what had happened and they said they had not heard of this problem but to bring it in and they would look at it . I took it in and after 7 hours they called and said they could not find anything wrong , i asked if they searched for recalls on software or something else and they said there was nothing from ford about the problem . This was only a month or so ago, sounds like maybe my ford dealer did not look too hard for the bulletins that ford sent to dealers, this chaps my butt!
