| Description of the problem | This morning (8/5/2019) my rear driver-side window spontaneously shattered, again. There was no impact (i have a camper shell on the vehicle). I was traveling at highway speeds on smooth terrain. This is the third time this has occurred. The first two were similar in nature: the first one was while the vehicle was in motion on smooth surface streets and the repair was done under warranty; the second was while the vehicle was parked and the dealership was willing to pay for the repair. In each case, i had to (and will have to again) pay to have my camper shell removed and stored while the repair takes place. |
