Description of the problem	I left home for work on 12/8/2016. The temp was 7 degrees out and my back window was slightly iced over. I turned the rear defrost on to clear up the window. Within ten minutes i heard what sounded like a gun going off. Upon inspection i realized that my rear 3 peace window had spider cracked into thousands of peaces. The sound it made sent me off the road to a frantic stop. This was in town going 30mph. I'm so glad my kids weren't in the rear seat as there is quite a bit of small glass peaces. This will set me back $600 and i cant imagine ever using the rear defrost button again as it might be a faulty switch that caused this or a faulty window. It seems the more i find on the internet the more i realize this is fairly common. Ford motor co. Should really do something!
