Description of the problem	The tire pressure management system (tpms) has a defect in it that causes the system to malfunction and give bogus warnings. I have had the vehicle into local dealer 3 times to fix. They can't find anything wrong. The warning light goes off frequently enough where it can cause a consumer to ignore an actual tire pressure failure. A quick internet search shows this is a big enough issue that there are many message boards discussing the issue. The failure occurs most frequently after driving 20-25 miles on a day where there has been a temperature change of about 20 degrees or when it is raining. The warning light has come on at least 30 times in the 6 months that i have owned the vehicle. The tire pressures have been checked numerous times by the dealer. The computer has been reset by the dealer. They cannot find or do not want to solve the problem.
