| Description of the problem | Tl* the contact owns a 2010 ford f-150 super crew. The contact stated that water was abnormally leaking into the vehicle and the brake light whenever it would rain or when the vehicle was taken through a car wash. The dealer replaced the third brake light yet the failure persisted. The dealer confirmed that the third brake light was still leaking and also discovered that the rear glass window and the sun roof were also leaking. In addition, the dealer stated that the body seam of the roof was not sealed. The dealer resealed the third brake light, adjusted the sun roof and resealed the rear glass. The dealer also sanded down and resealed the roof. The contact stated the vehicle was unsafe and no longer wanted possession of the vehicle. The vin was not available.
