| Description of the problem | I own a 2010 ford f-150 xlt supercrew, the 2nd row seating does not lock in the seating position. I have taken the vehicle to south bay ford in ca. The service department looked and could not find anything wrong but i feel this is a safety item that should be addressed asap, since the seat does not lock in the seating position that means in an accident the seat is free to move which means passengers will not be secured properly! I understand use of seat belts are paramount in accidents but if the seat has a stationary position in the seating position passengers would be much safer... Please look into this before people get killed in this vehicle. |
