Description of the problem2010 ford f-150. Consumer writes in regards to transmission problems and gross neglect of customer service at dealerships. *smd the consumer stated the vehicle has been in the repair shop on four separate occasions, for transmission and four-wheel drive issues, which has yet to be remedied. The dealer acknowledged there was a problem, but they didn't know how to fix it. The consumer stated while driving between 25-30 mph in heavy traffic, the vehicle made a terrible sound and when he put the vehicle in 4-wheel drive it made no difference.
